Meet the Artists. Uncover a world of creative possibilities as artists open their studio doors across the Gympie region. From blacksmiths to textile artists - and everything in between -  immerse yourself in the diversity of creativity on offer along the trail. See live demonstrations, join a workshop or try your hand yourself.

  • Experience the studio of Noo Dye, located in the picturesque village of Amamoor. Noo creates artworks in many mediums and also combines the disciplines of traditional and digital techniques to create beautiful printed images.

    • Create your own artwork to be printed onto a T-shirt or mug.  2 hrs. From $20-45

  • Historic Dagun station is at the heart of a true destination experience. The vibrant artistic community of Dagun bursts to life here, in a thriving hub of artistic enterprise.

    Explore the diversity of locally crafted works from the collective of artisans and creatives, from painting and textiles to blacksmithing, woodwork, and glass. Savour wine and cheese at the Station Winery and groove to live music at the Pavilion.

    Wander the Natural History. Walk and labyrinth and be immersed in the history at the century-old Dagun school and Timber Mill. Enjoy sip and shop at the hand made and grown market stalls and be awed by the visit of the Mary Valley Rattler.

  • One of Gympie's most well known artists, Joolie Gibbs' five-acre bush block provides much of her artistic inspiration and materials. She enjoys the slow processes of preparing natural fibres for papermaking, or processing tree barks and seeds for the botanical inks used in her large drawings.

  • Kerrie Browning has been exploring with clay for or 30 years. Her arts practice uses chance and imperfection to convey a shared childhood nostalgia.

  • 39 Myall St is the home and studio of Trish Callaghan, a lifelong Bowerbird. Stepping into the intimate space of Studio Myall 39 is to enter a wonderworld of materials, ephemera and art books. Visitors to this usually private space will be able to see unique art techniques in use.
